Hello to wherever you are in this wonderful world, my name is Ben Richards, I’ve been a living foods chef for 17+ years now, and have been living the lifestyle committedly for 18+ years. I am absolutely thriving and healthy - and really passionate about sharing this lifestyle with you. I have 2 Raw Food Cafes and Tonic Bars in beautiful Bali. I have a very successful Raw Food Academy here which is approaching its 25th training this year (2025), and I  have facilitated more than 70 retreats and trainings here in Bali and in many other countries.


My career as a chef started when I was 14 and a ½ years old (36 years ago almost). I’ve lived quite an extraordinary life within the hospitality industry which really all adds up to delivering a well rounded experience for you. Being a Raw Foodist and a chef has given me a great innerstanding of the nuances that can make or break it with people trying to live this lifestyle to its fullest. Fasting and detoxification has been my specialty for many years, (I have a fasting and Detox academy in Bali also) and see this as a key component to thriving in life and also to integrate the lifestyle. So I am not just sharing recipes with you, I am sharing the failures and successes I have personally experienced and seen others go through.
